Founded in 2020, Industrial Building Group (IBG) is a design-build general contractor specializing in large cold storage and dry distribution facilities. IBG offers personalized, reliable and collaborative services pertaining to all phases of construction, from design and critical development through project completion.

1029 Newark Avenue FreezPak

1029 Newark Avenue is a ground-up development of an approximately 140,000 square foot cold storage facility on a site located in two different municipalities – the cities of Elizabeth and Newark New Jersey. Construction was completed in November 2021 for Elberon Development Group and Fidelco Realty Group. The development won NAIOP-NJ’s 2021 Industrial Deal of the Year.
