Industrial Building Group is pleased to announce we have been awarded the design build contract for the BGPF International Group’s Cold Storage Facility in Jacksonville, Florida.  Project includes a 282,000 SF freezer distribution facility.  Groundbreaking was on August 14, 2023, and the expected opening is September, 2024. 

This is Industrial Building Group’s fourth building for the BGFP Group.  The design build team includes RKB Architects, Flood Consulting, and Stoneridge Engineering.
