Industrial Building Group Officially Breaks Ground on the Agile Cold Storage Distribution Facility

INDUSTRIAL BUILDING GROUP ENGINEERING HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL, EFFICIENT COLD AND DRY STORAGE FACILITIES

Industrial Building Group is pleased to announce we have been awarded the design build contract for the Agile Cold Storage Distribution Facility in Claymont DE. The project includes a 163,000 SF Cold Storage warehouse facility, road improvements, and signals. Groundbreaking was on July 17, 2023, and the expected opening date is October 2024. 

The design build team includes RKB Architects and Flood Consulting and Stoneridge Engineering.
