Exciting Progress at Stoughton Logistics Park!

Industrial Building Group (IBG) is proud to be partnering with Brookfield Properties to bring Stoughton Logistics Park to life! This impressive 61-acre site in Stoughton, MA will feature three state-of-the-art buildings designed to support the region’s growing logistics and warehousing needs.

We broke ground on the project in April 2024, and we’re thrilled with the progress so far:
✅ Building 200 (192,990 SF, 36' Clear) is already weather-tight.
✅ Building 300 (411,930 SF, 40' Clear) will be weather-tight in the next two weeks.
✅ Building 100 (274,520 SF, 36' Clear) is next up, with foundation work beginning soon!
